To experience the High Line in winter and do the same thing in summer is literally as different as day and night. In summer, there is a stream of ice cold water in which one can bath one's feet. There is ice cream all over the place. There are relaxed people, enjoying the sun on one of the numerous loungers. Shortly - it is an oasis in the city, a place like a short break.
New York never ceases to amaze me with all its innovations and novelties.
